VBT L/V Profile and Comparison Tool v1.0

This google sheet provides users with the ability to easily create and compare Load/Velocity profiles. Simply enter in key data such as: Known 1RM, Minimum Velocity Threshold (MVT), and a minimum of two loads and their corresponding best or average mean velocities for a set. Once this data is put into the correct cells, you will instantly see powerful metrics such as power potential, V1RM, and Area Under the Curve (AUC). Further, there will be graphs to illustrate the profile and also compare profiles from one data set to the other. There also is a multi-data sheet that allows for easy storage of data sets for review and analysis.

**Disclaimer: an intermediate level of Google Sheets experience and skill is recommended before using this sheet. Use at your own risk of "breaking" formulas and format. However if you do, simply re-download the file to start over. I also am available for minor assistance via email.
