L/V Profile using 9-6-3 Protocol v1.2
Google sheet for creating a Load/Velocity profile with Richard Burnett's 9-6-3 protocol. Using this protocol establishes "Zones" for in-depth strength assessment with a proprietary calculation using 3 Mean Velocity (MV) measures per set (highest, set average, and lowest) to give the most accurate L/V profile you can.
Zone 1: 40% represents speed-strength
Zone 2: 60% represents strength-speed (typically most power output)
Zone 3: 80% represents absolute-strength
Once the data is entered into the blue and green cells, an accurate V1RM range is produced that predicts what the users 1RM could be assuming the r squared value is great than 0.987. Other metrics such as power and AUC also provided along with charts that represent profile and comparison of zone data.
