This google sheet contains a 4-Week Velocity-Based Training Microcycle maker featuring Load/Velocity profile entry that predicts velocity for programmed sets. Additionally, this sheet has dosage calculation with INOL metric and the novel VINOL metric to determine actual dosage in real-time using VBT device. Users can easily build microcycles using pre-built set/rep schemes with ability to edit and add more.
